Investment and Development

As a carrier of strategic development programmes, Grimex Consult GmbH is particularly involved in developing investment activity in the construction of business-residential buildings on the market of Southeastern Europe.

We are oriented towards even greater development of activities in the region, i.e., in the CEFTA countries. We are ready for cooperation with strategic partners from EU countries that are interested in joint development and investment in commercial-residential buildings as well as other projects in attractive tourist areas.

Our longterm experience and presence in the aforementioned markets is a great advantage and provides security for the active business involvement.

In addition to activities in Serbia, especially in Belgrade, we will further orientate ourselves towards stronger presence in the markets of Montenegro and Croatia, especially in the field of construction and investment in tourism facilities and in residential facilities in tourist areas.

Our activity has recently been focused on cooperation with cities and local communities in implementation of investment projects in the fields of housing, construction of underground public parking garages as well as infrastructure projects in the area of landfills, waste processing and wastewater treatment.

We are connected with prominent investment companies with which we share reciprocal interest to establish the modalities of business and technical cooperation with the holders of projects in cities and communes in the implementation of these infrastructure projects.

Based on our longterm activities in the supply of oil derivatives in CEFTA region, we came up with an idea of building storage facilities for oil and oil derivatives at suitable points in the region. Building a modern, environmentally friendly storage conceived with the participation of strategic partners, is an idea that in the future work and life of the company we aim to realise.
